King's toolbox

King uses the toolbox analogy to show the necessities of writing successfully. King shows different types of elements that are used in his writing and other successful writers like himself, such as vocabulary, grammar, different types of verbs and more. Some tools I find indispensable when I write are quite similar to the things King discusses in his "toolbox".
I think Vocabulary is very necessary when writing, using an advanced vocabulary helps the story to become more believable. Grammar is also important in successful writing, its helpful to user grammar that is easy for the readers to understand, grammar isn't fun but is necessary. Verbs are helpful in making the story more interesting, and helps keep the reader hooked. king discusses the difference between passive and active verbs. There is nothing really that i found in his toolbox that i would add, I think king is a great writer and he didn't leave much out of his toolbox.
