daisy gets to people.

1.) What is it about daisy's voice that gets to people? other people that talk like her aren't as disliked for their voices as she is, why is this?
2.) Do you think there is a certain significance behind myrtle's changing frequently?

  1. Her voice is low and kinda like a whisper causing people to come close to her and listen carefully, people who like her think that her voice is nice and smooth, whilst people who dislike her think she is doing it on purpose and scrutinize her.

  2. I think daisy speaks with a whisper because she just want attention.

  3. Myrtle probably has confidence issues, in which she feels that the better clothes she has on, the more confident she'll be.

  4. Her voice is low to get attention like @Michell said, and she also wants to be the main person that people are worried about

  6. i think myrtle changes her clothes so much just to show off, to grab some attention, but then i also agree with @maria, i believe that it might be a confidence issue as well.
